We are looking for a young, energetic, and confident Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle telecalling responsibilities. The candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to manage clients professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle telecalling for inquiries, follow-ups, and client coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
  • Schedule appointments and assist walk-in clients.
  • Provide basic information about services and direct queries to the right department.
  • Support the team with basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Age between 18 to 25 years.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi as required).
  • Pleasant personality with customer service attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & handling calls.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
