Solutions architect

Job Responsibilities: Architect platforms and products from the ground up and/or by leveraging Learning Mate’s product frameworks or IP. These platforms include solutions for content authoring, management and delivery (LMS), mobile solutions, adaptive learning, and AI-driven content and learning analytics. Collaborate with Presales to review proposed technical solutions, architecture, and estimations. Work closely with customers' technology and delivery teams to create scalable, cost-efficient platforms tailored to their business needs. Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and machine learning into customers’ workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Guide development teams in implementing proposed architectures, ensuring high-quality standards through code and architecture reviews. Consider non functional requirements on scalability, concurrency, security in designs Monitor emerging technologies in client-side development, cloud, databases, big data, and AI/ML to integrate cutting-edge solutions into the company’s offerings. Adhere to and promote architecture, accessibility, and education standards Proven experience in designing cloud-based, enterprise-scale solutions Support customers from US/ UK with overlap for Scrum ceremonies Experience with effort estimations, creating architectural documents/diagrams/presentations Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of employees ranging from entry level to senior leadership. Technical Skills: Any back-end - Python OR Java OR PHP OR. Net Core with React (Mandatory) F ocus on state management (Context API/Redux), performance optimization Scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and enterprise solutions; Node.js (Express.js) for high-performance web applications and real-time data processing Databases: Relational Databases (RDBMS): My SQL and SQL Server for schema design, query optimization, and transaction management. No SQL Databases: Dynamo DB and Mongo DB, including schema-less data modeling, disaster recovery strategies, replication, and sharding. AI and Machine Learning: Proficiency in Python libraries like Pandas, Num Py, and Scikit-learn for data manipulation, analytics, and model development Added Advantage Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of API gateways and microservices orchestration tools Agile-SCRUM methodology expertise using tools like Jira Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field AWS Certified – Solution Architect – preferred OR TOGAF About US: We are Learning Mate - Energizing the Educational Landscape Dedicated to transforming learning and development via cutting-edge technological solutions, Learning Mate is a trailblazing one-stop shop for education technology.
