Sales Coordinator

Job Location: Bangalore, India
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure monthly targets are met.
Identify and develop relationships with potential customers.
Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
Communicating and collaborating with the accounting sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Your professional profile includes:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or a relevant discipline.
Having a Management degree would be an added advantage
5 + years of relevant experience in B2B in Business Development or Key Account Management role(s), preferably with companies in the Food, Beverage, Ingredients, and Chemicals sectors.
Oral and written proficiency in English.
Good presentation and project management skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the designated market
