In this role, you will manage a team of BDMs, ABDMs, and TLs, ensure consistent funnel management, and drive revenue growth in your territory. You’ll combine people leadership and direct execution to scale Nxt Wave’s presence in new regions.Responsibilities:Revenue & Funnel OwnershipManage the complete sales funnel: lead qualification → demo → conversion → retention.Achieve weekly/monthly revenue and productivity targets.Track conversion ratios, CAC, and counsellor performance.Team LeadershipManage & mentor BDMs, ABDMs, and TLs.Coach team members in pitching, demos, and objection handling.Conduct regular performance reviews and drive corrective actions.Execution & Market GrowthDrive territory-specific sales strategies and directly contribute to execution.Analyze local market trends, competitors, and lead sources.Oversee office visits, counselling sessions, and admissions.Operational ExcellenceMaintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate funnel tracking.Handle escalations and deliver excellent parent/learner experience.Support recruitment and onboarding of sales team members.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on goals.Qualifications3–6 years of sales leadership experience in Ed Tech / Education / High-ticket B2 C sales.Proven ability to manage managers and frontline counsellors.Strong track record of achieving revenue outcomes.Excellent communication in English + one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati).Data-driven with skills in funnel analysis and performance insights.Resilient, empathetic, and strong coaching mindset.Required Skills:Sales leadership experienceTeam managementExcellent communication skillsData analysisCoaching and mentoringPreferred SkillsExperience in Ed Tech or Education sectorHigh-ticket B2 C sales experienceFunnel analysis expertisePay range and compensation packageCompetitive CTC + performance-based incentives.Work Location & Working DaysWork from (Gujarat / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Madhya Pradesh / Tamil Nadu/ Maharashtra depending on territory). 6-day working week.```
