PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Roadmap Execution

Manage and execute core product analyst disciplines for development and delivery of digital capabilities for the CPS organization

Ability to communicate product vision and value to stakeholders, to capture business requirements and action items from stakeholder meetings, identify dependencies across projects and teams

Execute product strategy, including delivery of actionable deliverables, proactively identify risks to execution, and measurement and monitoring of status and key KPIs that demonstrate product impact/effectiveness

Translate high level business requirements into detailed requirements (user stories) for development sprints

Develop functional and authoring specifications

Develop and groom product backlog (e.g., enhancements, bugs, etc.)

Develop test cases and acceptance criteria and conduct user acceptance testing against new development

Serve as administrator for platform(s) managing configuration as gatekeeper of critical features/functions

Provide support throughout the product & platform enhancement lifecycle, manage user queries and bugs during feature implementation, and ensure that they are tracked and closed

Develop mock-ups of key pages and journeys to align stakeholders to business goals or to answer key business questions

Training & Communications

Create and maintain change management materials (e.g., communications and job aids of new features and releases, content authoring guides

Conduct small group trainings and demos

Metrics & Monitoring

Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as reviewing system updates and conducting system testing to ensure optimal performance.

Maintain reports to provide insights to team and stakeholders to aid in decision-making processes.

Analyze data trends and patterns to help improve the client experience Analyze features enhancements to understand impact to other work, teams and KPIs

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a business/product analyst, quality assurance or related role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field

Technical Proficiency:

Hands on experience with agile software development lifecycle and related tools (JIRA, ADO, Rally, etc.)

Hands on experience with Content Management / Digital Experience Management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Site Core, Salesforce Experience Cloud) and Website Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM or Journey Orchestration tools a plus.

Technical expertise in HTML/ JavaScript a plus

Project Management:

Strong project management skills: resourceful, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Communication Skills:

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders.

Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze business requirements and action them into web experience.

Proficiency in generating meaningful reports and dashboards.

Problem-Solving:

Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.

Ability to propose solutions to improve data management processes.

Adaptability:

Flexible and adaptable to evolving requirements and priorities.Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Financial Services Knowledge:

Understanding of asset management processes, products, and investment management concepts is a plus
