TEAM DESCRIPTION: Apollo’s Client & Product Solutions (CPS) organization globally supports the end-to-end sales, marketing and servicing of our global investor base. CPS globally supports clients originating from large Institutional asset owner channels (ICPS) as well as individual investors and their intermediaries originating through Global Wealth Management (GWM) channels including banks and financial institutions, independent financial advisors, and family offices. The CPS India teams work collectively across various CPS teams and function in building capabilities that support delivering excellence at scale in our global client management, business management and distribution digital, data & enablement functions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team who wants to build their career in Private Markets Alternative Investments and has a deep passion, interest, and experience in marketing operations & supporting roles. The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns whilst cultivating deep relationships with the events, sales, product, and COO teams. The incumbent will be a Specialist of Digital Analytics and Campaign Management to support and scale lead generation through technology and operational excellence, and over time become a key player in transforming how we leverage data to drive marketing strategy, create scalable analytics capabilities, enhance overall business performance., and deliver against business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
• Lead a team that is will be responsible for executing marketing programs & campaigns to deliver on our broader business strategy, and measure ROI
• Oversee and manage the entire digital campaign management process, create and manage email marketing campaigns and forms using Salesforce/Pardot
• Create segmentation or audience lists in Salesforce/Pardot to execute email campaigns for various digital and offline marketing outreaches
• Liaise with Sales and Product teams to identify the right contacts and touchpoints to be invited to webinars and in-person engagements
• Evaluate event engagement, RSVP/response rate, audience turnaround, attrition, etc.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Salesforce campaigns, including email deliverability, synchronization, and integration issues
• Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Salesforce campaigns and reports
• Measure performance of marketing campaigns to effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders and assist in the development of performance dashboards
• Establish and monitor key marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights that directly contribute to improved marketing performance and drive informed decision-making
• Get involved and deliver projects ranging from simple trend analysis to cross-channel journey analysis to prescriptive analytics which includes data mining, business judgment and collaboration to improve the customer experience
• Look at customer interactions and events across a variety of channels to better understand customer journeys and friction points
• Create automations to execute lead nurture programs and automate lead routing
• Responsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models and data visualization techniques
• Stay abreast on digital marketing tools, technologies, and industry best practices
• Provide guidance and support to team members for managing timelines and ensuring project delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA in Marketing with experience in Marketing operations/automation
• 9+ years of related work experience in handling digital campaigns and managing teams
• Expertise in marketing and sales platforms Pardot, Salesforce, CVENT, On24
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics
• Ability to create complex segmentation rules in Salesforce Pardot
• Experience in campaign implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and reasoning skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, results-oriented, and highly accountable with an entrepreneurial predisposition
• Hands-on recent experience in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, Digital Analytics, Web Analytics
• Strong database management skills – Snowflake/SQL/Oracle
• Strong working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem solving, root cause analysis skills
• Ability to focus on multiple priorities and drive solutions in a fast-paced working environment
• Relevant work experience in data quality, data analytics, data management within the financial services industry
