Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading projects and delivering results. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in project management. You will be responsible for overseeing various projects within the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to work in a startup environment where processes are still evolving, and your contributions will help shape the way we operate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in defining and implementing project management processes and best practices within the organization.
  • Communicate regularly with senior management and other key stakeholders, providing updates on project status and potential challenges.
  • Manage project resources, including allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensuring they have the support needed to succeed.


Qualifications:

  • 10 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent .
  • Proven ability to lead projects in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall .
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana .
  • A strong problem solver who can think on their feet and adapt to new challenges.
  • Willingness to work in a no-process startup environment, and help build processes as the company scales.
  • A keen interest in learning and adapting to new technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Understanding of IT development processes and technologies, allowing effective collaboration with technical teams.
