At Alle, we are building an AI-powered fashion & lifestyle assistant that helps users discover personalised information & inspiration for their lifestyle goals.

We're assembling the founding team and are looking for a UI/UX Designer for the mobile apps (iOS/Android). As part of your role, you will gain very high exposure to building Gen-AI & LLM-based applications. You will work closely with the founders to bring this vision to reality.

Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Understand product specifications and user psychology

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with founders

- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success

- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability and findability)

- Create elegant UI designs and high fidelity prototypes

Cultural Expectations

- Looking for 3+ years of experience with B2C mobile apps

- Proven experience as a UX designer, UI Designer or similar role

- Strong portfolio of design projects

- Background in project management and research

- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

- Proficient in Figma

- Analytical mind with a business acumen
