About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in crafting exceptional user experiences across all our digital products.

As a senior designer, you will be a leader in the design process, guiding user research, translating insights into intuitive interfaces, and collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities :

- Lead user research initiatives (e.g. user interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

- Analyze user research data to identify trends and opportunities for design improvement.

- Develop user personas, user journeys, and sitemaps to define user flows and information architecture.

- Design high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and wireframes to translate user needs into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

- Ensure UI designs adhere to best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design decisions align with business goals and technical feasibility.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborative design environment.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

- Maintain a strong design portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design process.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a related role.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (e.g, user interviews, usability testing) and ability to translate insights into actionable design decisions.

- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (e.g. InVision, ProtoPie).

- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and user interface (UI) principles.

- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices for information architecture and interaction design.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Passion for creating user-friendly, innovative, and visually appealing experiences.
