Asa Business Consultant in our Enterprise Sales team you will play apivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and nurturingrelationships with enterprise customers. You will be responsiblefor understanding their unique needs and delivering tailoredMyOperator solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 46 years ofindustry experience in SAAS or related sectors and will have acomprehensive understanding of enterprise customer managementincluding interactions with CXOs. Apart from energy you will bebringing your existing business relationships to thetable.

Responsibilities
  • CustomerEngagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships withenterprise customers understanding their business challenges andaligning our solutions to meet theirobjectives.

  • SalesStrategy: Craft and execute effective sales strategies to meet andexceed revenue targets consistently driving businessgrowth.

  • ProductExpertise: Maintain an indepth knowledge of MyOperators productofferings staying uptodate with new features andcapabilities.

  • ConsultativeSelling: Engage in consultative selling proactively identifyingopportunities to enhance the customers communicationinfrastructure.

  • CXOInteraction: Conduct effective discussions with CXOs and keydecisionmakers to influence their adoption of MyOperatorsolutions.

  • reportingon progress to the SalesManager.

  • MarketInsights: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activitiesand market dynamics to make informed salesdecisions.

  • SalesCollateral: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentationsproposals and other collateral to effectively communicate the valueproposition ofMyOperator.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. MBA orequivalent is aplus.

  • 46years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the SAAS oralliedindustries.

  • Proventrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and drivingrevenuegrowth.

  • Strongbusiness acumen and the ability to understand complex customerenvironments.

  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.

  • Customercentricmindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customerexperiences.

  • Selfmotivatedgoaloriented and ability to work independently with minimalsupervision.

  • Proficiencyin using CRM tools and other sales productivitysoftware.

  • Knowledgeof the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions isadvantageous.

  • Shouldbe able to understand and explain technical concepts to thereporting team or customer troubleshoot technical issues and workcollaboratively with the Sales and Supportteam.

  • Analyticalskills: The candidate should be able to use data to drive decisionsand optimize team performance. They should have experience trackingand analyzing customer success metrics and be able to use this datato identify areas for improvement and make datadrivendecisions.
