Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive Taxation

Department: Finance / Taxation
Location: Vadodara
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (preferably in a CA firm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.) within statutory timelines.
  • Conduct regular GST reconciliations (Books vs GSTR-2A/2B/3B) and address mismatches.
  • Monitor and manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) and ensure compliance with all relevant provisions.
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental notices including drafting replies.
  • Maintain proper records for GST-related documentation and ensure audit readiness.
  • Stay updated with changes in GST laws, notifications, circulars, and amendments.
  • Liaise with clients (if in a firm setting) or internal departments (if in a company setting) for GST data collection and resolution of issues.
  • Support in periodic internal reviews to ensure GST compliance and suggest process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.Com/M.Com with relevant specialization in taxation; pursuing or completed CA
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in GST compliance and advisory within a CA firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST laws, return filing procedures, and ITC regulations.
  • Proficiency in using GSTN portal, Excel, and accounting software like Tally, ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
