Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Sales Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Trainee Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical expertise, preparing proposals and presentations, identifying customer needs, and assisting in developing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with clients, conducting technical assessments, providing product demonstrations, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills:
    Under the Mentorship of Sales leaders-> ability to gain
    knowledge of precast concrete technology in the stipulated time, ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Sales skills: Under the Mentorship of Sales leaders ->Ability to develop skills in sales support, ability to prepare proposals and presentations, customer engagement
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Teamwork skills: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and technical teams
  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Other beneficial skills: Understanding of the manufacturing industry, knowledge of CRM software, willingness to travel as needed
