Floor manager(Sarees)

• Project Planning and Execution: The Retail Floor Manager is responsible for planning and executing various initiatives on the sales floor, including product launches, promotions, and store layout changes. Effective project management skills are essential to ensure successful implementation and timely completion.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving sales-related issues, handling staffing challenges, and making critical decisions to optimize store performance. Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment are key to overcoming obstacles and driving results.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: The Retail Floor Manager collaborates with different departments such as marketing, merchandising, and operations to align strategies, share feedback, and drive cohesive business outcomes. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership and Mentorship: As a leader on the sales floor, the Retail Floor Manager provides guidance, support, and mentorship to retail associates, fostering a positive work environment and empowering team members to achieve their full potential. Strong leadership skills are crucial for motivating and developing a high-performing team.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: Continuous improvement is key to success in retail. The Retail Floor Manager identifies opportunities to enhance operational processes, streamline workflows, and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and elevate the customer experience.
• Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: In addition to operational duties, the Retail Floor Manager may engage in technical tasks such as managing point-of-sale systems, analyzing sales data, or handling customer escalations to ensure a seamless shopping experience and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
