Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Basti Ga The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring safety compliance. Duties include supervising pipeline operations, scheduling shifts, handling administrative tasks, and conducting performance evaluations. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will ensure all work procedures adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
