Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate division. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for property sales, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings.
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Develop relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
- Must be presentable, professional, and confident.
