Job description:
- Individual contributor for providing search & analytics support- Must have experience of delivering client ready reports across patentability / invalidity searches, FTOs, landscapes, technology scouting projects, etc.- Develop different search strategies based on the business needs of clients. Emphasis on smart searching- Willingness to tinker around (introduce automation, build macros, dashboards, improvise reports, explore AI/ML, etc.)- Essentially, contribute in revamping the searching vertical at Hourglass
Desired Skillset:
- Hands-on experience across different patent and non-patent databases- Ability to frame patentability opinions- Ability to quickly understand and grasp complex/ cutting-edge technologies within Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, etc.)- Excellent written and verbal communication (an absolute must)- Ability to think independently and in a team to understand problems & suggest solutions
Education/Professional Qualification and Work Experience:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation and Computer Science- IP Experience: 1-2 years
