Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive hospitality strategy aligned with the companys vision and goals.
  • Drive innovation in service delivery, menu offerings, and customer engagement.
  • Strategize & comply with Legal & Liaisoning responsibilities
  • Profit& Loss Accountability including cashflow management and overseeing accounts, finance, sales, marketing departments
  • Stake holder management
  • Oversee daily operations of all cafs, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
  • Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Champion a customer-first culture across all venues.
  • Handle escalated customer feedback and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Optimize cost control and revenue generation strategies.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and contractors.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Identify opportunities for new hospitality ventures or improvements.
  • Lead the launch of new outlets or services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in management preferably from a reputed management institute
  • 15+ years of experience in Hotel Industry handling operations independently along with Profit & Loss accountability
  • Strong leadership, and communication skills.
