Senior Accountant Manager
to join our team and take charge of managing bookkeeping operations, reviewing team deliverables, and handling client coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks for USA and Canada-based clients.
  • Review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients to resolve queries and deliver reports on time.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, CA or Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting (USA/Canada experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, or other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and review work effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
