For our international pharma client in Basel we are looking for a

Senior Functional Expert Service India (m/f/d) .

Workload: 100%Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)Full remoteFreelancer role

My tasksCross functional expert with Material Master (incl MDG) and SAP SD knowledgeSolution design and reviews for initiatives in mentioned areas defined under Service DescriptionStandards Governance; review requirements, processes, and solution design in terms of CORE standards by functional experts and project team members. Experience with CAB management processAnalysis of demands, communication to business and NVS vendors who will implement solution.Provide feedbacks and alignment with Service delivery team on the Feasibility topics, Preparation activities for any new Demands part of Commercial functional areas.Contribute to scoping workshops, Solution design for new requirements, Design and prepare Functional specificationReview High level solution design & efforts submitted by the Solution deployment teamFacilitating High level / Detailed effort estimates and solution design for Demand, large enhancements, and ProjectsAssess the solution design and complexity and provide timely effort estimation.Execute Project reviews before tollgates as solution design reviewerPerform IT approval, review, toll gates in course of the implementationPerform Quality assurance through testing and documentationExecute unit testing and system-integration testing. Responsible for defect solution during testing cyclesSupport for Go-live and Hyper care and Handover to Support teamProactive risk and impact assessment on the dependent objectsAssess and act on conflict management to resolve inter-dependenciesProvide support for escalations on incidents and support itemsKnowledge transfer to Internal associates & Strategic VendorsApproval of Change Requests, documents (incl e Functional Specifications, Functional review of WRICEF, Test script documents, Service orders etc.Approve/execute OQs (Test Cases) in Proton, CR / CD approvals and support smooth PtP (Movement to Production)

My requirementsCapable to analyze complex business requirements in the competence areas, with end-to-end overview in multiple ERP and non-ERP systemscapable to positively influence business scope decisions, providing consistent value10+ years experience at SAP standard functionalities of the competence areasefficient relations with senior business and IT stakeholders (senior directors, head of functions, etc)clear and focused communicationwillingness to learn, to take ownership of problems out of comfort zone or standard dutiesstrong sense of responsibilityremain calm during stressful situationslong experience at Pharma industry, strong processes and methodology knowledge
