From building complicated technology like advanced Ecommerce sites to running cutting edge performance advertising campaigns to running conversion analytics to create content that gets millions of conversations, Connecthub team is doing pretty much everything that you can think of digitally. About the Role: We are looking for a Junior Media Buying Executive to manage and optimise performance advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing ad campaigns to drive results, ensuring a strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve ad efficiency. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyse campaign performance. Collaborate with the design team to create ad creatives or use Canva for quick design edits. Write compelling ad copies in English to drive engagement and conversions. Research market trends, audience behaviour, and competitors to refine strategies. Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically on Meta & Google Ads. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics. Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools. Proficiency in English for ad copywriting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
