Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Head to lead our client's recruitment efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent across various
retail and service functions . You will collaborate closely with business leaders and ensure that hiring processes align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning : Develop and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's growth objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Process Optimization : Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on
retail hiring .
In-depth knowledge of retail industry hiring trends and challenges.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
