The Role As a Senior Account Manager , you will lead the account management function at Brand Bazooka. This is a senior role for someone who takes complete ownership of client relationships, delivery standards, and team performance. You will manage and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives, oversee multiple key accounts, and work closely with leadership, creative, and media teams to ensure every account is strategic, scalable, and well-executed. This role goes beyond coordination or task management. It’s for someone who owns outcomes, guides teams with confidence, and leads from the front. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Account Ownership Act as the senior point of contact for key clients. Own end-to-end account strategy, execution, delivery, and performance. Lead client meetings, reviews, strategy discussions, and performance presentations. Build trusted, long-term client relationships as a strategic partner. Confidently guide clients toward decisions that drive growth and results. Identify opportunities for account expansion, upsells, and long-term engagement. Ensure all accounts are commercially healthy and aligned with business goals. Team Leadership & People Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives. Set clear standards for communication, planning, reporting, and delivery. Review and guide key deliverables including content calendars, campaign plans, and reports. Support team development through regular feedback and coaching. Act as the escalation point for client or delivery challenges. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture. Digital Strategy & Campaign Oversight Oversee integrated digital strategies across paid and organic channels. Guide execution across: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads , Boosting and media planning , Organic social media growth , Influencer collaborations and partnerships Work closely with creative and media teams to ensure ideas are platform-relevant and performance-driven, Ensure timely, high-quality execution across all campaigns. Performance, Reporting & Optimization Review and approve weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports. Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Track KPIs, ROI, and growth metrics across all accounts. Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns. Ensure smart and effective utilization of media budgets. Process, Quality & Agency Excellence Maintain strong internal processes without compromising speed or creativity. Ensure Brand Bazooka’s quality standards are met across all deliverables. Coordinate seamlessly with creative, media, production, and strategy teams. Balance structure with agility in a fast-paced agency environment. Skills & Competencies Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, boosting, and analytics tools. Deep knowledge of organic social strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X. Ability to review and guide creative content from both brand and performance perspectives. Proven people management and leadership capabilities. Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. Calm, solution-oriented approach in high-pressure situations. Experience & Background 4–8 years of experience in a digital or creative agency. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Prior experience leading or mentoring account management teams. Hands-on exposure to paid media, organic social, and influencer campaigns. Strong understanding of agency workflows, timelines, and client expectations. The Ideal Candidate You are a confident, client-focused leader who enjoys owning accounts end-to-end and guiding teams to deliver their best work. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understand both creative storytelling and performance marketing, and are comfortable taking ownership of decisions that drive results.
