Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 8–15 Years Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead our finance function, ensure statutory compliance, manage financial operations, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of accounting standards and taxation laws. Key Responsibilities: ·Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. ·Finalization of financial statements as per Ind AS / Companies Act. ·Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. ·Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. ·Handle MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for management. ·Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations. ·Support strategic planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. ·Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities. ·Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies. ·Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team for efficient performance.
