Business Development Manager Role Description · Position : Business Development Manager for B2B Sales (preferably with an Insurance background).
· Product : Promote Oxxy Health Plans. These can be sold from anywhere in the country. For details, visit Responsibilities :
Network and build tie-ups with insurance sellers, corporates, or agencies to sell Oxxy Health Plans.
Manage profitability and growth by overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue strategies.
Develop and implement effective tactics to achieve financial and operational goals.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Chance to manage a team if desired.
