Implementation Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead kickoffs and oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, from signing to launch.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, conducting regular check-ins to ensure project alignment and meet timeline milestones.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and understanding.
- Conduct training sessions with sales reps to promote engagement and highlight the value of Pepper's solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in onboarding and customer growth processes.
Must Haves:
- Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech company.
- Demonstrated success in owning and leading business-critical initiatives with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record of exceeding business goals in a customer-focused environment, prioritizing timeliness and organization.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a bias towards action.
- Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage in both tactical and strategic efforts.
Requirements
over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech company.
