Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs in Service Now.Define and architect end-to-end Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as needed.Provide expert guidance on Service Now capabilities, architecture best practices, and roadmap planning.Lead Service Now development teams in the delivery of solutions, including custom applications and integrations.Ensure Service Now implementations align with enterprise architecture standards and governance.Conduct regular design reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.Create solution blueprints, technical architecture documents, and data models.Manage integrations between Service Now and external systems (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs).Stay current with Service Now releases and capabilities and assess the impact of new features.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years as a Service Now Architect.Proven experience with multiple Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).Strong knowledge of Service Now scripting (Java Script), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.Experience with data modeling, CMDB design, and Service Now discovery.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.Service Now certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Qualifications:Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators.Position : Full-timeExperience Level : 6-8+ YearsEducation : Any UG/PG DegreeLocation : Chennai.
