Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate passionate about human resources to kickstart their career and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing HR reports, documents, and presentations. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster a positive work environment. Training and Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback. Payroll and Benefits Support: Provide assistance in payroll processing and handling employee queries related to benefits. Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and support compliance with labor laws and regulations. Other Duties: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and organizational abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
