We are an early-stage Gen AI Consumer startup with over 1 Lakh users in India. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us scale our marketing efforts.


Job Description


As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies, both paid and organic. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive user engagement.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across Google, Instagram, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support the overall marketing strategy by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.


Requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both paid and organic strategies
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or other relevant areas are a plus
  • (preferred) Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Immediate availability to join
