Job Summary:


We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving results and increasing brand awareness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts.

This is a full time on-site role and will be primarily responsible for driving the company's marketing initiatives and achieving its business objectives, The primary objective of this role is to coordinate, execute and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline.


Roles and Responsibilities


·       Identify the target audience and grow our email list.

·       Design and implement an overall email marketing strategy and messaging.

·       Create, design, and optimize various email lists, templates, and campaigns.

·       Test every campaign’s success and determine email marketing KPIs.

·       Create a segment list that is based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions.

·       Create email databases for lead generation.

·       Write newsletters including all company updates.

·       Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.

·       Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, advanced features, and ensure mobile-friendly email templates.

·       Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients to increase email subscriptions and minimize un-subscriptions.

·       Analyse data, campaign performance, and suggest improvements.

·       Create report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.

·       Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.

 

Qualifications


·       Proven work experience with email marketing, lead nurturing

·       Social media marketing and marketing automation.

·       Excellent written and communication skills.

·       Proficient in using marketing automation technology.

·       Critical thinker and creative.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.


Skills

 

·       Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·       Attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to analyze and present data effectively.

·       Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

·       Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

·       Content Creation or content marketing
