This innovative approach addresses the future needs of EV users while reducing the upfront cost of battery ownership. EV owners can lease or exchange batteries throughout the lifecycle of their vehicle, making EV adoption more accessible and sustainable.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Collection Manager, located on-site in Kolkata. The Assistant Collection Manager will be responsible for managing the collection process, telecalling and ensure timely payments, maintaining accurate records of collections, and developing strategies to improve the efficiency of collection telecalling practices. The role also involves handling customer queries and resolving payment-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Collection Management and Debt Recovery
- Experience in maintaining records and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Graduation or equivalent Degree
- Experience in Collection Telecalling Team Handling role in BFSI domain
