This individual will play a vital role in developing Newly Hired Salesforce Talent through mentorship & will be conducting Coaching & micro-training drives across multiple focus groups.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Conducting daily 2-4 Hours of Training & Lab Sessions with Jr. Resources / Bench Resources

Capturing & analyzing all necessary information pertaining to the development of Learners

Creating Development plan for learners in fields of Salesforce Administration & Development including Use Cases & Assessments


Requirements:


More than 6 years of experience in Salesforce Technology; At least 3 years’ experience as a Technical Trainer.

Excellent team player, self-motivated, quick learner with excellent communication skills

Good at developing Learning Plans with Experiential Training Methods at the core

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Development using the APEX programming, Lightning Web Component.

Functional Knowledge of Business Analysis & Testing Fundamentals.

Extensive experience in using continuous integration tools like JIRA & Confluence


Required Training skills:

Salesforce Advanced Administration

Platform Developer 1 & 2

AppBuilder essentials

Lightning (AURA + LWC)

Community Implementation

Apex Integration
