This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Trainer at CBL Solutions. The Salesforce Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing educational materials, and providing support to individuals and teams. The role requires expertise in Information Technology, Teaching, Training, and Lecturing.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Trainer who will be responsible for delivering training on various aspects of Salesforce to professionals or students. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s suite of products and hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Salesforce training programs tailored for different levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
- Provide hands-on training in various Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and others.
- Create comprehensive and engaging training materials like slides, practical exercises, and quizzes.
- Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance learning.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce updates and incorporate them into training programs.
- Provide real-world scenarios and use cases for better understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
- Help trainees gain practical knowledge by guiding them through hands-on labs and real-time projects.
- Track the progress of participants and provide continuous feedback and support.
- Prepare participants for Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Developer, Consultant, etc.
- Customize training to meet the specific needs of corporate clients or individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and/or administration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and products such as Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce configurations, including workflow rules, validation rules, custom objects, and data management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (highly preferred).
- Prior experience as a trainer or educator in a corporate or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified, easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of third-party integration tools and Salesforce AppExchange products.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
