Role Description
We're seeking a full-time Ecommerce Specialist to join our team on-site in Ghaziabad. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing our online store and ensuring smooth transactions. This includes managing products on our website, responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and overseeing shipments and deliveries.
Responsibilities
Month on Month growth in revenue from online platforms
Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
List new products on existing website, portals like Amazon, Flipkart etc
Constantly update and modify online product content and key words for improvement
Managing Advertising Campaigns on online marketplaces
Adding A+ content and creating promotions
Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 2+ years in Ecommerce industry, preferable in Home or Kitchen categories
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good command over English language
Speed and knowledge of MS Excel
Added Advantage
Experience in online international markets like Amazon.com/.Au etc
CTC
Upto 3 LPA
