Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance the customer journey by identifying and addressing pain points, improving site speed, and ensuring the website is responsive and user-friendly.
Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce budget, including marketing spend, technology investments, and personnel costs. Ensure all activities are cost-effective and align with financial goals.
Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, technology partners, and agencies to ensure optimal performance and support for e-commerce initiatives.
Market Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company’s e-commerce operations competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth and leading cross-functional teams.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager)
