Main Duties and Responsibilities :

- Heading the team of Engineers/Managers who are involved in Development of Automotive Software ie Basic SW, Application SW Development & Test Automation Development projects.

- Responsible to plan and execute Domestic and Global projects with respect to all the automobile segments.

- Handling diverse roles like Technical Lead Architect and Project Management along with the People Management.

- Agile mode of task handling within team through sprints.

- Active participation at Customer location on sales discussions & Technical workshops along with vehicle testing and debugging.

- Handling ASPICE Audits independently.

- Responsible for setting up the COM global team including recruiting and rendering the technical ramp-up through classroom & on-line trainings.

- Active involvement in cooperation with sales team for initial quotation & acquisition, post-order requirement finalization and participate in techno-commercial discussions.

- Guide and mentor team to attain higher standards of project success and benchmark.

- Decision making in complex situations.

- Present progress report to AVL Management

- Annual Performance Appraisal & Skill Development of team and recruiting new talent.

- Complete V-Cycle

Education- B Tech. /M. Tech in (Computer Sc./Electronics/Mechanical) from a premium institute.
