  • Contributeto the development and implementation of sales support policiesprocedures and bestpractices.
  • Providetraining guidance and support to sales teams on CRM systems salestools and bestpractices.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in information technology (Preferred) Computer Science(Preferred) business administration or relatedfield.
  • 25years of experience in sales operations business analysis orrelatedrole.
  • Atleast 2year experience in working for a SAAS based softwareservicesbased company either in implementation or salesoperations.
  • Strongorganizational and multitasking skills with the ability toprioritize taskseffectively.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocusedapproach.
  • Excellentorganizational and project management skills with the ability tomanage multiple priorities anddeadlines.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Suite CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot MicrosoftDynamics) and sales analyticstools.
  • Attentionto detail and accuracy in data entry andrecordkeeping.
  • Abilityto work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Knowledgeof sales processes order management and customer relationshipmanagement.

Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries and requests fromcustomers regarding services. Leading Scoping calls with customerto gather requirement and document it in CRM. Assist salesrepresentatives with order processing, including order entry,tracking, and fulfilment. Coordinate with internal departments,such as logistics, finance, and marketing, to ensure timely andaccurate order processing and delivery. Prepare sales proposals,quotes, and presentations for prospective clients. Maintainaccurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions andtransactions in CRM systems. Assist in the preparation of salesreports and analysis to track performance metrics and identifytrends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customerissues and improve processes. Stay updated on Qualtrics productknowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively support salesefforts. Contribute to the development and implementation of salessupport policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide training,guidance, and support to sales teams on CRM systems, sales tools,and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in informationtechnology (Preferred), Computer Science (Preferred), businessadministration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in salesoperations, business analysis, or related role. At least 2-yearexperience in working for a SAAS based software services-basedcompany either in implementation or sales operations.
