Job Description The Auditor is responsible for conducting periodic market research in retail outlets, including neighborhood stores, minimarkets, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The role involves stock counting, purchase verification, and data collection using electronic devices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Visit designated retail outlets as per the assigned schedule and within defined timelines. Collect accurate data on stock levels and purchases across specified product categories. Ensure data collection aligns with Global and Regional SOP standards. Meet operational KPIs and quality benchmarks consistently. Communicate any changes in visit plans to the QCT Executive or COE promptly. Recruit and maintain cooperation with store owners and staff to meet panel objectives. Build and sustain positive relationships with shopkeepers. Report any cooperation issues (, ownership changes, renovations, refusals) to the QCT Executive. Uphold integrity and confidentiality in data handling and reporting. Maintain administrative records as required. Execute special instructions from monthly trip guidelines (, ad hoc projects, fee structure changes).
