Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Take ownership of leads generated by the Architect + Interior designer Advisor (A+ ID) team, nurturing initial interest into confirmed projects.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions to align with client objectives.
- Client Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned architects and interior designers (A+IDs), building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment on design direction, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as an advocate for the client within the company, addressing any concerns or feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Project Management:
- Oversee projects from conception to completion, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to translate client requirements into actionable plans, ensuring all design specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any potential challenges or delays to maintain project timelines.
- After-Sales Support:
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support to clients, offering assistance with product usage, maintenance, and any post-installation inquiries.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively seek feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Specialisation in Textile Design is important, with a strong background in textile design principles and techniques.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within the design or home decor industry, with a focus on project management and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in design software and tools, with the ability to create and present design concepts and solutions.
- Passion for design and a deep understanding of aesthetic trends, with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or events as needed.
