Their designs shape the fabric of the community, giving the population space to gather, exercise and play.  An exciting new position exists for a Graduate of Architecture with experience on mid to larger scale projects and strong Revit capabilities to assist in the design and documentation on social infrastructure projects.  You’ll need to have at least 3 years of experience working in an architectural studio and while your responsibilities will be documentation focused, good presentation and front-end skills in Enscape are always valued by the team.  Key Responsibilities Assist in developing architectural designs from concept to construction Prepare highly detailed documentation packages Support planning and permit applications Assist with 3D design input, prepare models and visual presentations Conduct research on materials, codes and compliance Participate in site visits, project meetings and internal reviews   This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in design and documentation, who has a strong desire to grow within a friendly, collaborative environment.  Essential Skills & Attributes Master Degree in Architecture 3+ years post grad experience in the local market Medium to large scale project experience, showcased in portfolio High proficiency in Revit (3D & 2D) and Enscape Solid design and documentation skills with an understanding of the project lifecycle Comprehensive knowledge in relevant Australian Standards and NCC Exceptional communication, interpersonal and time management skills Resilient approach and outlook Focus and attention to detail, across all aspects of your work   With a strong pipeline moving forward on projects in the $15M - $40M range, our client is confident of their workload, and you’ll be supported and mentored from management as you grow your career.  In return for your passion and positive attitude, this studio offers: Competitive salary in the range of $72K-$77K plus Super Hands-on involvement in a variety of project types and stages Mentorship and support from experienced team members Professional, creative, and supportive work environment Long-term career growth opportunities   This group have an outstanding track record in the retention of staff, being highly regarded as an employer who appreciates that you have a life outside the office.
