Job Summary :

This is a pan India role where the incumbent will be responsible for availing all statutory approvals and ensuring compliance across all Projects of Hiranandani Industrial Parks. Ensure timely and diligent application of various statutory approvals across projects necessary for commencement of construction and availing of post construction approvals to signify completion of the project. The Liaison resources in each of the cities will report into this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. To successfully avail the respective approvals (pre & post construction) in the fastest time within planned budget
  2. To effectively work and coordinate between liaison consultants and internal stakeholders seamlessly to ensure fastest TAT in respective file submissions for the various approvals.
  3. Ensure the projects are in compliance to respective statutory norms from time to time and hence bring to attention issues if any to the organisation along with possible solutions for the same.
  4. Manage and resolve site level issues if any from time to time with local government authorities, panchayat office, village heads, adjoining land owners, etc.
  5. Diligent Management Information Reporting

Key Skills Required :

  1. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the respective statutory norms to avail the approvals from respective Planning Authority viz.
    Directorate of Town and Country Planning
    (DTCP),
    Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority
    (MMRDA),
    Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board
    (KIADB),
    Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation
    (MIDC), etc.; 
    State Expert Appraisal Committee_Environmental Clearance
    (SEAC_EC),
    State Pollution Control Board
    (PCB), Fire NOC, Electricity Board (EB),
    Public Works Department
    (PWD), etc.
  2. Good understanding of warehousing and industrial parks approval process, norms and regulation and optimize the same to achieve the best for the company.
  3. Proficient in preparing the complete file necessary (in coordination with respective stakeholders) to submit to the respective departments in quick time to avail the statutory approvals necessary.
  4. Diligent adherence to process, meticulous documentation and aggressive follow-up with all stakeholders to ensure the TAT for approvals process is minimized.
  5. Effective network and connect across government departments, panchayat offices, local authorities viz.
    Village Administrative Officer
    (VAO) etc.

Desired Work Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Graduate
  2. Minimum of 7 years experience in Liaison role with a minimum of 3 years experience within the industrial parks and warehousing industry
