Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Vishakhapatnam, Vijayawada & Rajahmundry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, customer acquisition, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proficient in market analysis and customer acquisition
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
