IT Assistant Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Assistant Engineer to join our team at Mosh Varaya Infraprojects Private Limited for Daspalla location. The role requires hands-on expertise in IT networking, system support, documentation, and equipment management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• IT Networking:
  Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
• Manpower Documentation Handling:
  Maintain, update, and manage manpower records, digital files, and documentation systems.
• CCTV Management:
  Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure uninterrupted surveillance and security operations.
• Computer Proficiency:
  Provide technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues; ensure optimal computer performance.
• Printer Handling:
  Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of printers and scanners, ensuring timely resolution of printing-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV and printer installation and maintenance.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently with problem-solving aptitude.
