Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Assistant Engineer to join our team at Mosh Varaya Infraprojects Private Limited for Daspalla location. The role requires hands-on expertise in IT networking, system support, documentation, and equipment management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- IT Networking:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity. - Manpower Documentation Handling:
Maintain, update, and manage manpower records, digital files, and documentation systems. - CCTV Management:
Install, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure uninterrupted surveillance and security operations. - Computer Proficiency:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues; ensure optimal computer performance. - Printer Handling:
Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of printers and scanners, ensuring timely resolution of printing-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV and printer installation and maintenance.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently with problem-solving aptitude.
