Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop hydraulic pumps and related components as per project requirements.
- Prepare and review detailed 2D/3D drawings and models using CAD software.
- Modify existing designs to improve performance, cost efficiency, or manufacturability.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and design validation.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality norms.
- Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of new designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in hydraulics or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, and materials.
- Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
