Reporting to – Manager – Photography & CreativesThis is a full-time on-site position for brands Joker & Witch and Teejh. The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that align with the brand's aesthetics and narrative. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing photoshoots, and editing and retouching images. The Photographer will collaborate closely with the creative & marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence. Flexibility to prioritize tasks and extend work hours on shoot days is essential.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESSelected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include the below for both brands Joker & Witch and Teejh:

1. Product Photography -

Ideate & execute creative shoots ( Flatlays, Model & Lifestyle shoots) for Brand’s Website & Social media keeping in mind the brand’s aesthetics.

2. Ecommerce Photography-

Conduct white background Ecommerce product photoshoots to create imagery consistent with the guidelines of all major ecommerce portals.

3. Campaign Photography & Art Direction-

Brainstorm, Plan & execute Campaign Model shoots for new launches along with the creative team.

4. Collaborative Shoots -

Initiate & execute co-branded collaborative shoots with like minded brands in different categories.

5. Graphic Design

– Create Banners for monthly website banner changes , for social media promotions, & designs for any brand communication collaterals.

6. Reels & Videos –

Create Regular reels/ videos in tune with the trends, brand’s personality & industry landscape, that can be used for social media, product launches and promotions.

7. Communication & Coordination with Marketing & Merchandising teams for any creative requirements8. Taking ownership & ensuring care and upkeep of all studio equipments, props and supplies.9. Creating exceptionally aesthetic images & creatives with the best concepts, lighting , colors & positioning that’s in tune with the brand’s Visual language.10. Image retouching & post production of all images/ videos with a creative eye to produce high quality and beautiful images that are color consistent , correctly exposed and as per Brand Guidelines.11. Taking Creative ownership of your work and staying updated with latest design/ Photography trends , innovations and implementing them in your work.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1)

Fashion Communication or Design graduates with 0 -2 years experience in fashion/product photography.2)

Strong sense of fashion and minimal, clean aesthetics3)

Proficiency in photography techniques, including composition, lighting, and editing.4)

Experience in product photography and fashion photography.5)

Strong knowledge of camera equipment and photography technology.6)

Preferred experience in capturing and editing high-quality video using professional equipment.7)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture the brand's visual identity.8)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.9)

Interest in styling is a plus.10) Excellent communication skills and a strong flair for top-notch fashion creatives.11) Should be energetic & proactive, that’ll ensure we stay ahead of the rapidly changing market.12) The ability to plan well, execute fast, deliver before time, and stay on top of the work schedule.13) Possesses a “hands-on” approach and an ability to multitask in a fast paced start up environmentCandidates based out of Bangalore, and willing to join immediately will be given preference14) Should be self motivated , eager to learn and able to complete tasks without constant supervision15) Flexibility to work beyond work timings when required in a fast paced start up environment16) Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality photography work.
