Job Overview


We are seeking a Regional Sales Trainer (Automotive After Markets) for our client, Talent Bee Consulting Private Limited, a recruitment firm based in Bangalore. As a Regional Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to the automotive after markets sales team in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in automotive sales training or related field
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive after markets industry
  • Proven experience in delivering effective sales training programs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate sales teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs to the automotive after markets sales team
  • Create training materials, manuals, and presentations to support training sessions
  • Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement within the sales team
  • Implement effective training strategies to enhance sales performance and product knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify training needs and align training objectives with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the automotive after markets
  • Travel to various locations within the region to conduct training sessions and provide on-the-job support
