Job Title: Supervisor – Solar Power Plant
Location: PAN India
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Solar Power Plant Operations: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of solar power plants to ensure efficient and safe functioning.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits across various locations in India to monitor plant performance, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Maintenance Oversight: Supervise routine and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance.
Report Generation: Prepare and submit detailed reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues encountered.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and national regulations and standards.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring minimal impact on plant performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in managing and supervising solar power plants.
Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel and work across different sites in India as required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of solar power plant operations, maintenance practices, and safety standards.
Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the solar power industry.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to conduct site inspections and manage on-site activities.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for monitoring and reporting plant performance.
