Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google, focusing on growth and acquisition through a multi-channel approach.
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, including cost per acquisition and ROI.
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spending and performance
- Create growth strategies for traffic and enquiries
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment across PPC and paid marketing campaigns
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
- Reviewing and analyzing a portfolio of sites for areas that can be improved and optimized in terms of the user journey and landing page experience
- Identifying powerful and high-intent keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
- Work closely with the regional sales & reservation team to improve the quality of enquiries from the ecommerce
Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong academic background
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search & Display Ads
- A can-do attitude
- Demonstrable record of managing large PPC budgets
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working on a digital marketplace with high traffic
- Experience in creating a high-value global audience
- Excellent communication skills to speak to international audiences
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire
- Strong experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Track record of utilizing data-driven analysis to improve marketing KPIs and ecommerce performance.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Ability to identify and curate marketing campaigns that respond to the varying consumer personas e,g, Luxury, Budget, and Corporate Travelers.
