Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google, focusing on growth and acquisition through a multi-channel approach.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, including cost per acquisition and ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spending and performance
  • Create growth strategies for traffic and enquiries
  • Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment across PPC and paid marketing campaigns
  • Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
  • Reviewing and analyzing a portfolio of sites for areas that can be improved and optimized in terms of the user journey and landing page experience
  • Identifying powerful and high-intent keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
  • Work closely with the regional sales & reservation team to improve the quality of enquiries from the ecommerce

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of Performance Marketing experience.
  • Strong academic background
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search & Display Ads
  • A can-do attitude
  • Demonstrable record of managing large PPC budgets
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience working on a digital marketplace with high traffic
  • Experience in creating a high-value global audience
  • Excellent communication skills to speak to international audiences
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire
  • Strong experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Track record of utilizing data-driven analysis to improve marketing KPIs and ecommerce performance.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Ability to identify and curate marketing campaigns that respond to the varying consumer personas e,g, Luxury, Budget, and Corporate Travelers.
