Summary Position: Google Ads SpecialistLocation: Udaipur/In-HouseEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 2+ years in Google Ads campaign managementSalary Range: 30 K to 45 KKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Google Ads Specialist at KD Digital, you will:Campaign Strategy & Execution:Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and You Tube.Develop comprehensive PPC strategies tailored to client objectives and industry standards.Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure high ad relevance.Performance Optimization:Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROAS.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.Implement effective negative keyword strategies to minimize ad spend wastage.Landing Page Collaboration:Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages.Align ad messaging with landing page content for a seamless user experience.Conversion Tracking & Analytics:Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.Ensure all campaigns are effectively tracked for lead generation and e-commerce performance.Generate actionable insights from data to refine strategies and enhance campaign ROI.Client Communication & Reporting:Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and future recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.Maintain consistent communication to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a self-motivated and data-driven Google Ads Specialist with the following qualifications:Experience:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.Proven success in managing high-budget campaigns across various industries (Preference to Healthcare and Local Ads Experience).Technical Skills:Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.Experience with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.Knowledge of A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or Hotjar is a plus.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for tracking and tagging.Analytical & Creative Skills:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.Ability to craft compelling ad copy and work collaboratively with design teams.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A proactive and adaptable approach to solving challenges.What We OfferCompetitive salary package {30 K to 45 K}Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.A collaborative and supportive team environment.Flexible working hours.Exposure to diverse industries and clients.
