About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Django Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and work on our established platform. This is a perfect opportunity for a mid-level developer who enjoys working with existing systems and has a passion for building robust, scalable web applications.What You'll Do✅ Understand & Improve - Take time to learn our current software system before implementing enhancements✅ Feature Development - Maintain, improve, and extend features in our Django-based platform✅ Problem Solving - Debug, optimize, and resolve issues within existing systems✅ Collaboration - Work closely with senior developers and product managers on new feature design✅ Third-Party Integration - Connect our platform with CRMs, payment gateways, and external APIs✅ Code Quality - Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceMust Have:2 + years professional experience with Django, Django REST Framework, and PythonProven experience with third-party integrations (ZOHO CRM, Razorpay, analytics APIs, etc.)Strong database skills - PostgreSQL preferred, query optimization experienceFrontend basics - HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQueryVersion control - Git workflows, pull requests, branching, code reviewsProblem solver - Strong debugging and analytical thinkingTeam player - Independent worker who collaborates effectivelyAdaptable learner - Patience to understand large existing codebasesNice to Have:AWS experience (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, S3)Microservices, Celery, Crons, background job processingPerformance optimization and scaling knowledge
